Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Funds once submitted wont be repaid back to customer's credit card/bank account/Paypal account.  If there is a repayment, that amount will be added to customers wallet at goretreat.com, which can be used for any other retreat booking. 
  • By default, retreats booked at a retreat centre can be cancelled without fine only 7 days prior to the beginning of the retreat. 
  • A full refund of the amount will be given back to the customer (before 7 days prior to the beginning of the retreat) and will be remitted to his/her Goretreat wallet, deducting the Internet handling charges charges. 
  • Refund within 7 days of the start date of retreat will be according to each retreat centre's refund policy. Refunds are always done to Goretreat wallet, deducting the Internet handling charges . 
  • If there is no show, no amount will be refunded.
