Known as the “Confessional House of Kerala”, Chittoor Retreat Centre is situated at the heart of cochin, dedicated eminently to mother mary and making a change that matters. Chittoor retreat centre is the manifestation of the charismatic movement in ernakulam- angamaly. The movement is galvanised by the materialisation of the blessings given to us by the holy spirit such as the gift of tongues, prophesising and divine healing. It started in a as a prayer service held in a small shed in the 90’s as an effort in the charismatic movement of kerala. Eventually, what started off as a rather small group of people increased vivaciously and a 11,000sq.ft. hall was built. Before the gathering of people was unaccommodating, the arch-diocese of ernakulam humbly took over and nurtured it to grow fittingly under its care. The centre allows anyone to tap into what they have been blessed with, alongside spiritual healing and confirmation with the irrefutable presence of god able to be felt by those who seek it.
